Newsletter Terms & Conditions

1. Newsletter Subscription

1.1. By subscribing to the She Is Sunday Newsletter, the User agrees to receive marketing, promotional, and informational content via email, including updates on new arrivals and special offers.
1.2. Upon subscribing, the User receives a one-time 5% discount code for their first purchase – valid both online and in the physical boutique. The code cannot be reused if the order it was applied to is returned.
1.3. The discount code will be sent to the provided email address and is valid for 7 days from the date of subscription. It cannot be combined with other promotions (unless otherwise stated).

2. Birthday Gift

2.1. Users who provide their email address and date of birth will receive a special 15% birthday discount code.
2.2. The code will be sent to the provided email address 2 days before the User's birthday (applies to both domestic and international newsletters).
2.3. The birthday code is valid for 4 days from the date of sending.
2.4. To receive the birthday code, the User must subscribe to the Newsletter at least 3 days prior to their birthday. Subscriptions made later (e.g. one day before) will result in receiving a birthday card without a discount code.
2.5. The birthday code is single-use and cannot be reused if the order it was applied to is returned.

3. Personal Data

3.1. Personal data provided during Newsletter subscription is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
3.2. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located in the footer of each email.

4. Additional Information about the Newsletter Service

4.1. Customers may use the Newsletter Service, which delivers content related to the Seller, their offer, updates, products, and brand. The Newsletter includes commercial and marketing information from the Seller.
4.2. To subscribe to the Newsletter, the User must enter a valid email address in the form available on the Online Store or check the appropriate box during registration or checkout.
4.3. The User must confirm their subscription by clicking the confirmation link sent to the provided email address.
4.4. Providing an email address is necessary to receive the Newsletter.
4.5. The Newsletter Service is voluntary, free of charge, and provided only after subscription.
4.6. The Newsletter is sent periodically for an indefinite period until the User unsubscribes or the Seller discontinues the service.
4.7. The Newsletter service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and is terminated when the User:
– submits a request to remove their email address from the Newsletter subscription list.
4.8. The Seller may discontinue the Newsletter service at any time, after informing subscribers in advance.
